Desired Experience & Qualification:
– A minimum of a Grade 12 or higher qualification
– PSIRA Grade “C” registration
– Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Emails
– Access to your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
– Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, spanning from Monday to Sunday
– Availability for long and flexible work hours
– A proven track record, with at least 3 years of experience in a dynamic control room environment, focusing on alarms, CCTV monitoring, and fleet tracking
– Advanced knowledge of Watch Manager and online intelligence tools
– Demonstrated expertise in managing incidents and addressing client complaints promptly and effectively
– Strong administrative skills, including report writing capabilities
– Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on client service
– An assertive demeanor
– Attention to detail
– A high sense of urgency
– Goal-oriented mindset
– Proactive approach to problem-solving
– Proficiency in providing monitoring and surveillance services as per client and company directives
– The ability to execute responsibilities within specified time constraints
– Skill in mitigating risks to both clients and the company
– Efficient and precise utilization of systems and procedures
– Timely action and accountability for all surveillance activities
– Keeping abreast of all relevant systems and procedures
– Delivering comprehensive reports to clients and management
– Providing prompt and detailed feedback on complaints
