Job Description	INTERNAL VACANCY ADMINISTRATOR: VEHICLES INVOICING AND LICENSING Isuzu Isando currently holds a vacancy for an Administrator: Vehicles Invoicing Clerk and Licencing. Reporting to the Dealer Principal/Vehicle Administration Manager, the purpose of this role is to assist the Sales Department with Vehicle invoicing and Stock Management.
Specific Role Responsibilities	Provide guidance and support to dealership Sales Executives relating to invoicing of deals and deal file check list requirements. Weekly and Month end vehicle stock takes on Motus Bid system and reconciliation. Knows and understands company policy rules and regulations which govern retail automotive sales when it comes to when a vehicle is stocked and invoiced. Established personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers. Assist the sales manager from time to time with sourcing of stock from other dealers. Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned project. Report to Sales Manager & Dealer Principal regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses. Review and analyse actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively. Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in the product. Ability to multitask and handle medium to high sales volume in terms of invoicing.
Qualifications and Experience	KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of Grade 12 Clear Criminal Record A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Stock Controller is essential.
