Purpose

Support and assist the store manager in managing the daily operations of a mr price money cellular store to ensure that the overall objectives, store targets and customer service standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

Making sure that the goods is appropriately received, unpacked, merchandised, and replenished on the sales floor is part of stock management.
To reduce risks (stock loss), monitor and manage stock levels using established procedures (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss response plans, etc.).

oversee the stockroom’s general upkeep to ensure it complies with housekeeping requirements.
Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, OBFs (out of box failures), cell repairs, and returns with your help.

Growth in Sales & Profitability:
To work with management to develop the necessary operational action plans, improve sales performance, and keep an eye on store spending, analyze sales & profitability reports in-store.
Monitor, evaluate, and stay current with in-store product performance to give support center comments and boost sales.
Keep up with new chances to boost sales and brand recognition.

Requirements

NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or an equivalent level of education
Experience: Three Years of Retail Experience (Management Experience Advantageous).

Knowing and abilities:

knowledge of service and sales management.
Budgeting Techniques.
educated in computers.
Exceptional Communication Skills
knowledge of retail trade.
