Job Description
Hollywoodbets has an exciting opportunity available for a CSI Administrator to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. The position will be responsible to assist with regards to all CSI related administrative functions and reporting for the business on a national basis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed or studying towards a relevant Degree or Diploma.
- Computer literate (MS Excel on an intermediate level).
- 1 – 2 years administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the company’s CSI objectives.
- Take responsibility for the delegation of administrative function to juniors within the department and quality control thereof as required.
- Supports the coordination the implementation of projects to drive CSI strategy nationally.
- Ensure team members participate in all CSI efforts as far as possible.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders/ managers/ team members necessary to partner with for the effective implementation of projects and informs the CSI team of management plans.
- Responsible for supporting the execution of CSI initiatives/events nationally.
- Respond to all administrative functions related to Charity/NGO requests.
- Maintain and update the database of sponsors and beneficiaries nationally.
- Support the CSI team with marketing to enhance the brand and exposure from CSI initiatives in local communities.
- Manage and own the CSI Corporate Calendar of Events throughout the year.
- Assist the business with regards to organizational compliance with relevant industry and legislative requirements nationally in addition to relationship management with the Gambling Boards across all regions to foster and promote.
- Compiling reporting for the department depending on operational requirements.
- Adhoc tasks and projects as required.
