Role Purpose
The purpose of the eCommerce Digital Marketing Specialist is to design, develop and deliver effective digital marketing campaigns to support the expansion and growth of the Sixty60 products and services. The role focuses on effectively communicating all marketing content and material across a wide range of technology platforms, while continuously evaluating the needs of the consumer market. The eCommerce Digital Marketing Specialist is also responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop, execute and analyse the marketing strategies. The role will focus on integrating eCommerce and digital transformation into the DNA of the wider business operation and promote customer-first thinking.
Role Description
- Work cooperatively with other functional areas to design, develop and implement Sixty60 content and material across multiple media channels and platforms.
- Manage the e-CRM (Customer Relationship Management) execution, tracking and troubleshooting any issues.
- Manage all approvals across all key stakeholders within the business
- Liaise with media agencies in developing marketing campaigns, ensuring that the objectives, requirements, budget, and timeline for each campaign are clearly communicated.
- Analyse and monitor the effectiveness of all Sixty60 content and material to ensure campaigns are running as expected.
- Prepare post-campaign reports or dashboards to demonstrate the effectiveness and results of each campaign, providing recommendations in order to drive continuous improvement in the eCommerce marketing environment.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing eCommerce marketing strategies (i.e., Paid Media Strategy and Social Media Strategy).
- Support the Marketing Manager with the execution of the social media and paid media strategies, and the relevant analytics.
- Continually refine and improve marketing procedures and methods, and identify opportunities to advance the eCommerce marketing strategy.
- Identify, establish, and implement best practices on advertising campaign set-up, optimisation, measurement, and reporting.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in the market and contribute insights and ideas to enable continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent – (essential)
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience – (essential)
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the retail or related business field – (essential)
- Experience working with e-CRM – Email (Everlytic, MailChimp or similar), SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging – (preferred)
- Experience working with paid media, targeting and audiences – (preferred)
- Experience managing social media pages and channels – (preferred)
