Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: South African citizen
• Age Range: 18-34 years old
• Educational Qualifications: Completed Grade 12 with Core Mathematics, Physics, and Accounting
• Work Experience: No prior work experience required
• Employment History: Not permanently employed by a single employer continuously for more than one year
• Education Status: Not enrolled in full-time studies during the year of employment
• Program Participation: Not previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative
