Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as an Account Manager in the Sales department. This role is based in Midrand and will involve reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing account plans, driving the sales of Coca-Cola products, and cultivating new business relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and volume growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Improve and maintain customer service standards.
• Prepare and execute account reviews and plans.
• Manage and optimize customer accounts.
• Oversee asset management.
• Ensure smooth order generation and promotions execution.
• Handle cash and credit accounts.
• Provide competitor analysis and reports.

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with TSP (Total Sales Process) and merchandising techniques.
• Knowledge of cooler management and sales execution standards.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently.
• High energy and motivation.

Qualifications:

• Matric certificate (mandatory) and a 3-year qualification in sales or marketing (advantageous).
• At least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or marketing.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
