Minimum Requirements

Educational Background

• Currently pursuing a qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, such as:
  • Autotronics
  • Auto Electrical
  • Electrical Engineering N3 (Light Current)
• Must provide a formal letter from a TVET College or University confirming that workplace exposure is required to complete the qualification.

Employment Status

• Must be unemployed with no prior formal work experience.
• Should not have participated in any prior technical training or related learnerships.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with a sense of responsibility.
• Independent thinker with sound logical reasoning abilities.
