| Minimum Requirements | • Grade 12 Certificate • Tertiary Qualification in Admin & Transport field will be advantageous • Previous experience in tracking vehicles |
| Duties & Responsibilities | - Tracking vehicle movement
- Double checking debriefing folders against the mix telematics movement report
- Tracing the hours worked as compared to clocking time
- Compiling Trip matrix – planned & actual
- Working together with the Fleet planner in decision making for using hired trucks and/or handover the stock to Subcontractors
- Tracking load utilization
- Booking sleeping facilities for the vehicles on outlying areas
- Sending booking forms to sleeping facilities & online bookings
- Monitoring the IP and Selcomix reports
- Verifying working hours for the drivers & truck assistance
- Helping with Incident investigations
- Assist in capturing daily km’s
