OPPORTUNITIES TO THE UNEMPLOYED
Through our partnerships with local small business, NGO’s, and government agencies, Lulaway has established a network of over 200 job centres nationwide – the only of its kind. These job centres are located in communities that are affected the most by unemployment, removing barriers to entering the working world.
Youth Employment Service (YES) offers participating businesses a way to gain up to 2 additional levels in their B-BBEE scorecard. By sponsoring unemployed for 12 months in a workplace environment, businesses can gain significant benefits through an improved scorecard while being part of growing our economy. Lulaway offers companies various solutions to implementing YES successfully. From recruitment and vetting to off-site hosting and payroll management, we will make sure YES works for you.
Remember to take the following with you when visiting the job centre:
- Certified copy of your SA ID or Passport if non-SA resident
- CV
- Certified copies of Matric certificate and Qualifications
What to expect
Your profile and supporting documents will be uploaded to our database. You will also be photographed. Our head office will then process your application, and within a few days you will receive an SMS with a link to complete an assessment.
Once you have been registered, you will be accessible to employers work and internship opportunities. Please note, however, that Lulaway does not guarantee placement as all end-decisions are taken by employers.
