Job Overview
Cashbuild is looking for an organized and detail-driven End Controller to join their team in Mkuze. This role involves ensuring all stock movements are properly documented and managing security at store exits. The End Controller will also assist in providing efficient customer service and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Management:
- Ensure that all goods leaving the store have the proper documentation.
- Double-check that all documents are accurate, signed, and dated.
- Accurately record customer returns and get them authorized.
- Sign in and out the End Control keys daily.
- Ensure all store doors and loading areas are closed and secure when not in use.
- Report any suspicious activities or behavior to store management.
- Conduct random checks on employees leaving the store.
- Customer Service:
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers when checking in or out their goods.
- Guide customers to the right person for additional help when necessary.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is “Ready for Business” and complies with Cashbuild’s operational standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Minimum Grade 12.
- Experience: At least one year of work-related experience, or two years without a Grade 12.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Ability to stay focused under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
