Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

Education: Basic literacy (at least Grade 8).

Languages: Proficiency in at least two official languages used within the Mangaung Metro Municipality.

Work Conditions:

Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours, especially during emergencies or planned overtime.

Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.

Must reside within or near the Mangaung Metro jurisdiction.

As a General Worker, you will assist the municipality in delivering essential services to communities. Your duties may include:

Performing cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks in public spaces.

Assisting with refuse collection, cemetery work, road maintenance, and sanitation services.
