PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, maintaining a high standard of service, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. As a Waitron, you represent the Pedros brand and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly, efficient, and welcoming dining experience.
️ KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Physical Capability

Able to stand for long hours during shifts

Able to lift, carry, and move stock items and equipment

Must have good eyesight for reading orders and ensuring accuracy
Customer Service Excellence

Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome

Take accurate orders and assist customers with menu choices

Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally

Handle customer queries with patience and a positive attitude

Maintain friendly communication and build good customer rapport

REQUIREMENTS
Education

Grade 10 (minimum requirement)

National Senior Certificate (preferred)

Experience

1 year experience as a waiter (advantageous)
