Job Advert Summary	An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Transport Logistics Clerk to track & monitor vehicles and interact with the respective depots. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.
Minimum Requirements	• Grade 12 Certificate • Tertiary Qualification in Admin & Transport field will be advantageous • Previous experience in tracking vehicles
Duties & Responsibilities	Tracking vehicle movement Double checking debriefing folders against the mix telematics movement report Tracing the hours worked as compared to clocking time Compiling Trip matrix – planned & actual Working together with the Fleet planner in decision making for using hired trucks and/or handover the stock to Subcontractors Tracking load utilization Booking sleeping facilities for the vehicles on outlying areas Sending booking forms to sleeping facilities & online bookings Monitoring the IP and Selcomix reports Verifying working hours for the drivers & truck assistance Helping with Incident investigations Assist in capturing daily km’s Shift work required Apply Now
