Responsibilities and Duties

• Compile and maintain records of sales transactions
• Record orders for merchandise or service
• Handle refunds, returns and exchange of merchandise
• Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales
• Answer and provide advice on customer’s questions regarding merchandise
• Assist in stocktaking
• General admin duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
