Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will:

Serve as a proud ambassador for the brand, consistently representing TFG’s values and standards.

Provide an exceptional customer experience, exceeding expectations by identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable solutions.

Actively track and report on your sales performance against targets, ensuring alignment with store goals.

Showcase and sell a diverse range of products, while staying up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends to provide relevant advice.

Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by engaging customers and upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.

Assist with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked, neat, and ready to welcome customers at all times.

Contribute to store operations by maintaining visual standards, adhering to processes, and supporting overall store performance.
Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.

Prior retail or customer service experience will be an advantage, particularly in a sales-driven environment.

A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets will be highly regarded.
