Job Description
Successful candidates will be placed across Eskom’s Operations and will be expected to:

Support the department with administrative, security, and office-related tasks.

Gain exposure to the functioning of one of South Africa’s largest state-owned enterprises.

Engage in structured training and mentorship designed to prepare participants for future career opportunities.
Important Programme Rules:

Applicants should not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than one year.

Applicants should not be studying full-time in the year of employment.

Applicants should not have participated or registered for the YES initiative before.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, and participants will be given a valuable stepping stone into the world of work.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:

Be a South African Citizen.

Be between the ages of 18 and 34 years.

Have Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.

A post-matric certificate or relevant programme will be advantageous.
