The Fairies Cleaning Services is currently hiring cleaners and gardeners for positions based in Halfway Durban Central.
Responsibilities
Cleaners
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Report damaged equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle complaints and requests politely and professionally.
- Monitor stock and consumable levels and replace items when necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and client site rules.
- Maintain high cleaning standards at all times.
Gardeners
- Monitor and maintain the health of plants and landscaped areas.
- Water and feed plants regularly.
- Trim trees and shrubs.
- Fertilise and mow lawns.
- Remove weeds and keep gardens, pathways, and green spaces clean and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence required for cleaner driver positions.
Experience & Skills
- Previous cleaning experience is required.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards.
- Able to work quickly, quietly, and efficiently.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Basic understanding of English.
