Role Purpose
To generate income and maximise profit through sales and customer service excellence. You will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while promoting Russells’ products and values.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

Perform daily sales activities to achieve and exceed sales budgets or targets.

Maximise income through effective prospecting, product promotion, and closing deals.

Engage customers in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to build loyalty.

Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and services.

Merchandising and Presentation:

Attract and retain customers by ensuring products are well-presented and appealing.

Maintain store displays and promote products effectively to drive interest.

Administration and Processes:

Action cash and credit transactions in line with company policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with business rules regarding sales documentation and administration.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 (Matric).

Experience: 7 – 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
