Sunshine Seedling Services, part of the TWK Group, has the following vacancy available:Vegetable Operations Manager at Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Vegetable production planning
• Coordinating deliveries
• Assist with budgeting
• Capturing orders and confirmation of orders placed
• Managing blanking team
• Quality assurance
• Draw up maintenance schedules
• Perform ISO audits, inspections
• Build relationships with customers and expand the brand

Qualifications and Skills 

• Matric / Grade 12
• Diploma or degree in Forestry, Horticulture or Agriculture
• 2 – 4 years working experience in the nursery industry (advantageous)
• Ability to speak English, isiZulu and Afrikaans (advantageous)
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain efficiency and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel to see customers
• Willing to perform weekend duty and work public holidays when necessary
