Opportunity Overview
UPD (part of Clicks Group) is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme leading to the National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Distribution. They are recruiting 5 unemployed learners living with disabilities (PWD’s) to join the programme at the Bloemfontein Branch.
This learnership combines theoretical training with practical on-the-job experience in the wholesale and retail sector.
Target Audience
- Unemployed South African youth
- People living with disabilities (PWD’s) – Strong preference
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must have completed Grade 12 / Matric
Important Note: You will be disqualified if you are currently on a SETA Bursary or another Learnership Programme.
Programme Details
As a learner you will be required to:
- Attend all theoretical training sessions
- Complete on-the-job practical training
- Submit a Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
- Provide support to the team under supervision
- Successfully complete all assessments and meet competency requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
- Between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be unemployed
- Must live with a disability
