About the Opportunity
SANParks is offering 2 EPWP employment opportunities for Clerical Environmental Monitors in the Human Capital Management unit at Groenkloof National Park. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking government-related administrative experience through the Expanded Public Works Programme.
Preference will be given to Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
- Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 5)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / HR Administration
- Proficient in English and at least one other official language (good written & verbal communication)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s licence
- No criminal record
- Must be willing to undergo a medical test
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection support (capturing CVs, shortlisting)
- Coordination of new employee induction
- Performance management administration
- Employee information management and filing
- Assist with Learning and Development planning & implementation
- Submit salary instructions to payroll
- Assist with UIF claims and verification of monthly payment schedules
- Maintain annual report and exit databases
- General Human Capital Management administration
